About North Wales Housing

Social housing provider, North Wales Housing, appointed Outloud PR to manage all internal and external communication with the aim of raising the profile of the organisation in the wider housing arena whilst engaging with stakeholders including staff and tenants through a mixed media approach.

Delivery

Working alongside the executive board, Outloud PR was appointed to handle all communications for this leading North Wales housing association.

The organisation was committed to strengthening its public voice whilst increasing engagement with all stakeholders including tenants, staff and the wider community.

The strategic PR campaign focused on key housing press, providing the board with a platform from which to offer opinion and insight into the issues that where affecting the housing sector and the people within it, most at the time. Regular articles where placed in key titles including Inside Housing and Housing 24 where NWH projects, its people and its initiatives where regularly featured, presenting NWH as a dynamic and modern facing social landlord.

Locally, NWH news stories where placed regularly in local press, TV and radio centring on varied issues ranging from new housing schemes, homelessness, older person housing, social or digital inclusion.

Outloud PR where also tasked with improving comms channels internally and created a quarterly digital newsletter where the stories of the organisation and the people within it where shared. Information was gathered through regular well attended meetings and a sense of inclusion and cohesion was cultivated through the creation of this and other material.

Outloud PR also led the content, design and delivery of a number of other key documents including the annual report, brochures and tenant newsletters as well as film and infographics.
