About Anwyl

Part of the Anwyl Group, Anwyl Partnerships, delivers high quality residential ‘land and build’ developments, providing an end to end solution. Working in partnership with affordable housing providers and developers to deliver vibrant and sustainable communities throughout North West England and North Wales.

Anwyl Partnerships appointed Outloud PR to manage all external comms, supporting and advising the team as they made the transition from construction company to land, development and construction partner.

Delivery

Working alongside the marketing team, Outloud PR was appointed as part of a wider remit to engage and communicate with new audiences, as the long and well established introduced a significant shift in strategic approach.

Historically considered the construction arm of the Anwyl Group, the rebrand of ‘Construction’ to ‘Partnerships’ provider, marked a truer representation of the company as it operates today, and moving forward. The Anwyl approach hereon will focus on a total solution including the procurement of land, securing planning and construction partnership with social housing providers, not only within North Wales but across the North West.

The PR campaign aims to identify and communicate the stories that communicate and demonstrate this message best. Using a combination of press releases, features, case studies and comment pieces, the campaign helped reinforce the new identity of Anwyl Partnerships, elevating brand awareness to a new yet very specific audience.

Output

The work by Outloud PR with Anwyl Partnerships has underpinned the wider business growth and development strategy, successfully engaging with new audiences in new regions successfully conveying new messaging to key media.

Outloud continues to also support internal comms through the creation of case studies and content as well as award submission.
